Ingredients
3 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp castor sugar
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
150ml sunflower oil
2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 egg yolk
Preparation
Whisk together mustard, sugar, vinegar and egg yolk.
Gradually whisk in oil - pouring in a steady stream.
Once sauce has attained a mayo-like consistency season with salt, pepper and stir in chopped dill.
